The 2mm grid is Kleid’s signature and the reason people seek this notebook out specifically. Most grids are 5mm, wide enough to feel like structure. At 2mm the lines almost disappear, leaving a surface that reads as blank until you need the alignment.

The paper is OKFOOLS, Japan’s high grade writing paper. It absorbs ink quickly, stays smooth under any pen, and handles fountain pens without bleed or ghosting. The black cover has the grid embossed subtly into the surface with a small gold foil label in the corner. Thread-bound so it lays completely flat when open.
